Some of Britain's fattest pets are competing during a 100-day diet and fitness regime in a bid to crowned this year's pet fit club champion. The seven dogs and one catwill be put on specially tailored diet and exercise programs. The dog-cat tht loses the most will receive a free getaway for theowner. The contest is being held by a pet charity to highlight pet obesity.

RED FACES AT POLICE HQ
Police in Oslo Norway are investigating a burglary. This time it's close to home as someone broke into police headquarters this past weekend. The burglars broke a window to get into the building making off with several computers.

WHERE DO YOU HIDE YOUR CASH
Teodora Petrova found $7500 in large bills inside an old pair of shoes at the Goodwill Store in Glen Carbon, IL. The worker then handed the cash over to the store's management, who then began the task of trying to track dwon the owner of the large bills. They found the unidentified man who had donated the shoes fom his late parent's estate. Tetove received a reward for her honesty.

The COllins English Ditctionary has some new entries. Jargonaut (a fan of jargon); frenemy (an
enemy disguised as a friend) and huggles (a hybrid of hugs and snuggles). Also included is "meh" a word which indicates a lack of interest or enthusiasm. The word became widely know after Bart and Lisa used it on The Simpsons.

A man in Denver was arrested for selling wine on EBAY. Selling wine is legal, but the way he came across the wine is not. He used Velcro to wedge the stolen wine bottles into a back brace
